- Standard Early Bird rate: €1,050 excl. VAT
- Civil society rate: €550 excl. VAT
The Civil society rate is available to representatives of patient organisations, civil society NGOs, academic and research institutions, and public health bodies, attending in a non-commercial capacity. This rate is not available to trade or industry associations.

Please note that, at the time of the booking, the first night will be charged to each person’s credit card as a deposit. Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 28 days prior to arrival, and the deposit will be refunded to the individual credit card. In case of cancellations between 27 days prior to arrival and the arrival date, the full cost of the stay will be charged to each person’s credit card.
